Controlling high blood sugar helps prevent kidney damage, blindness, nerve problems, loss of limbs, and sexual function problems. Metformin decreases hepatic glucose production and decreases intestinal absorption of glucose.

Each film coated tablet contains:
- Sitagliptin Phosphate: 50 mg
- Metformin HCL: 1000 mg
