At My Vitamin Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn clothing with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer of your choice.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
